Day one. Elimination Diet. So far so good. I've started this diet to see if I can make myself feel better. Im sick all the time and if I can do something to make myself feel better I have to try it. Here is a link to the basics on the diet FYI.

I have lost 2 lbs today in bloat alone. I think this is mostly due to not eating gluten today. Gluten is evil on my stomach. Any way. Day two tomorrow! stay strong!!
